5/16/23 - We are experiencing issues with form downloads and printing. We are working to resolve this error as soon as possible. This update requires the system to be down temporarily which will happen 5/16/23 after normal business hours, and you should be able to resume as normal 5/17/23

Recent System Updates:

5/1/23 - The Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability form is complete and has been updated in all accounts.

5/8/23 - COVID-19 temporary flexibilities for Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, will end on July 31, 2023. U. S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) recently announced that employers must complete in-person physical document inspections for employees whose documents were inspected remotely during the temporary flexibilities by August 30, 2023.

EVERIFY NOTICE: TERMINATIONS NOTIFICATIONS
Unfortunately, e-Verify is experiencing some system issues and some e-Verify accounts were flagged erroneously for termination. Their tech support is trying to work out the issue and get it resolved.
For now, the temporary workaround is to create a new case, update company information, and/or save account information. Please know that e-Verify is working on the issue.
If you have a new employee you will send through e-Verify before the 15th, then process them as usual and that will save your account.
If you do not have any new hires in that timeframe, please reach out to HireFormsSupport@applicantpro.com, and our support team can go in and make the necessary ‘saves’ in order to prevent your enrollment/s from being terminated.
