You have two ways to send new hires your documents. You can initiate from within the ATS side of ApplicantPro or you can manually add them directly into HireForms.
For rehires, you can either create a separate account by sending them through as a brand new hire. This will not merge with their current account so they will have multiple employee folders. You can use their current folder, reject any forms you want them to redo, and have them log back into HireForms to redo the forms. We also have a rehire options we can turn on that will allow you to resend out any new forms and archive the other forms in their folder.
SEND FROM APPLICANTPRO
If you have a "fake" applicant in ApplicantPro, you are able to send them over to HireForms.com by clicking on the integration tab within an applicant's folder inside ApplicantPro. If you use a real applicant, it will send them the email automatically to get started and they will be able to log in and complete their paperwork.
Rehires can go through the same process as a new hire creating a new employee each time if you prefer. You can also choose to re-use their previous account to keep all their data together.
