It is quick and easy to get you up and running in the onboarding module.  Follow these steps to get started:

STEP 01

CHOOSE YOUR STANDARD FORMS

To view our standard forms library, please click below.  Click on the different form category boxes to view the different versions of the forms.  The title of each form is underneath.  Once you know which forms you want to use, there is a form for you to complete on the right side of the page.  You will be able to check off all the forms you want to add including adding the I9, federal and state tax forms, and more. 

STEP 02

SEND US YOUR READ AND SIGN DOUCMENTS

Please email good copies of your forms directly to our support team (HireFormsSupport@applicantpro.com).  We add the forms exactly as you send them so we want to make sure we have the best copies for the new hire to view.

 

Our formbuilders will need 24-48 hours to get your read and sign documents built and added to your account.

STEP 03

SCHEDULE YOUR INITIAL TRAINING

To help get you started, we like to meet with you to get some basic settings in place and walk you through the process.   There are some self-guided videos on separate tabs within this training site.  You are welcome to jump in to view those and get started on your own or we can walk through this together.  For your first training session, please schedule a 60-minute slot.  Please click the link below to select a time.
